A look inside the workshop
A short message from Mark on the idea at the centre of the day.
What it is
A day spent on the relationship that defines all the others
In a single day, your people leave with practical tools to work with the internal stuff that shapes how they show up, at work and at home.
It is built on a simple idea. The relationship we have with our SELF sits underneath and defines every other one. Through life we internalise our experiences, and in turn we co-create our external world from them. The workshop gives people the practical tools to work with the SELF and care for their own wellbeing, so they can function optimally in all domains of life, including at their workplace.
More than ever then, it is essential we have a healthy relationship with our SELF.
Why now
Prevention is better than cure
At this time of global uncertainty, post-covid, with rapid change due to AI and technology and increasing life stress, leaders are more aware than ever of the need to support their people's wellbeing.
Employees are increasingly accessing Employee Assistance Programs to deal with life issues. I believe prevention can be better than cure. I have synthesised ten years of client-facing work into the most common life issues people face, and developed this workshop to help them navigate those challenges.
