A look inside the workshop

A day spent on the relationship that will define all others

In a single day, your students will engage with practical tools to help them understand their SELF.

The relationship we have with our SELF sits underneath and defines every other one. Through life we internalise our experiences, and in turn we co-create our external world from them. The workshop gives students the practical tools to work with the SELF and start to care for their own wellbeing, so they can function optimally in all domains of life, and achieve their goals and dreams from a solid foundation.

Why now

We live in a world where increasingly there is pressure to derive our self-worth from achievements, and often young people can be vulnerable to the idea of failure.

At this time of global uncertainty, with rapid change due to AI and technology and increasing life stress, it is important that young people are provided the opportunity to develop a healthy relationship with SELF, and that SELF-worth and identity is built on the foundational values that make us good human beings: compassion, kindness, integrity and respect, to name a few. It is often easier for young people to achieve their dreams when their SELF-worth is based on a strong foundation.
