Fifteen years of applied practice and the evidence-based strategies behind it, the last ten distilled into one focused day to give you the tools to process underlying emotions, develop self-compassion, change existing patterns and move into wellbeing.

What you get
Develop insight into why we get into the same patterns in our lives; experiential exercises to heal emotional wounds and develop SELF-compassion, so that we may change unhelpful patterns and create new ones.

Who it's for
This workshop is for everyone who is interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the SELF over the life journey, and developing a more supportive, encouraging, compassionate relationship with SELF.

Led by Mark
A registered psychologist with an eclectic approach who has worked with over a thousand clients from all walks of life.
A look inside the workshop
An intrapersonal journey in wellbeing
Spend half a day on a journey with SELF, exploring your own narrative and discovering how underlying emotions can lead us into unhelpful patterns in life.
The workshop will gently guide you through experiential exercises to engage SELF-worth, develop greater SELF-compassion and enjoy improved wellbeing. The day is designed for the SELF, and so participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and to interact as much or as little as they prefer.

Why now
People lead busy and stressful lives! We don't often have the opportunity to focus on the intrapersonal relationship with SELF.
We live in challenging and uncertain times, and it can be a challenge not to internalise the negativity that can be around us. Coming back to SELF, and nourishing that relationship, is so important when we cannot control what is outside of us.

Essentials
- Half a day spent with your SELF
- Up to 30 people, but work at your own pace
- Workbook and stationery supplied and yours to keep
- Participate as little or as much as you want
